I have been going to physical therapy for like, 4 weeks for a slipped disc. I didn't mention to my PT that I have fibro, because a lot of previous ones would harp on me about exercising more or it's not real or yada yada. Well, figured I was a bit overdue to post something else up here.

Basically, after having a fair improvement in the Fibro Fog for a few weeks, I've dropped back down to a low I haven't hit sleep/fibro fog wise for years...since I dropped out of high school in my 10th year.

I've never had the opportunity to be part of a fibromyalgia group of any type before, so this is a very new experience. I'm both extremely excited to be a part of one, and a little unsure of where to begin.

I've been getting more and more tired or fatigued.  I literally am sleeping my life away at the moment; I think I preferred it when I couldn't sleep.  I get up in the morning, have a shower and need to rest and by 1400 I'm exhausted.  It's not just the pain that is making me this tired.  i seem to have swollen glands all the time at the moment.  I  ( Read more... )
